It took all of about 5 minutes to realize the Peterson home was filled with sweet, polite people. Their son Troy acted as “official photo assistant” while he talked about several themed birthday celebrations he was interested in. His exuberance was even more adorable after learning he had quite some time to go before his next birthday. And although little Lyla was too young to help out with the photo gear, she did an amazing job modeling and looking ever so adorable. The Peterson family was not only a joy to photograph, but they reminded us what family is all about. The sign hanging above their bed said it all: “You are my bucket list.”
